Terms of Use & Order Placement

Customers may place orders by selecting products and completing checkout with accurate billing and shipping details. Glam Organica reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion in cases including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or unserviceable locations.

Payment Options

We accept Debit Cards, Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where applicable. All payments are processed through secure, RBI-compliant payment gateways. Glam Organica does not store card or UPI details.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

COD is available on select pin codes within India and is subject to verification. Glam Organica reserves the right to cancel COD orders if confirmation fails. Repeated refusals or failed deliveries may result in permanent COD restriction.

COD refunds, if approved, shall be issued only via store credit or bank transfer.

Pricing Policy

All prices are displayed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Glam Organica reserves the right to correct pricing errors even after order placement.

Payment Security

All transactions are secured using SSL encryption. Customers are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their payment credentials. Glam Organica shall not be liable for unauthorized transactions due to customer negligence.

Out-of-Stock Items

If a product becomes unavailable after order placement, the customer will be notified within 2 working days. Glam Organica may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit at its discretion. Backorders are not accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Dispatched orders cannot be cancelled. Payment gateway and logistics charges may be deducted from eligible refunds.

Shipping Policy

Domestic orders are dispatched within 2–5 working days. Delivery timelines may vary due to courier partners, location, or force majeure events. Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

International shipping is subject to availability. Customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are borne solely by the customer. Glam Organica is not liable for customs delays, confiscation, or rejection.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged, leaked, missing, or incorrect products reported within 48 hours of delivery with mandatory unboxing video and images. Products must be unused and in original packaging.

Refunds, if approved, are processed within 7–15 working days. Non-returnable cases include change of mind, fragrance preference, allergic reactions, or improper usage.

Product Quality Complaints

Quality-related complaints must be raised within 7 days of delivery with batch details and supporting images or videos. Products may be recalled for internal quality assessment. Final resolution rests solely with Glam Organica.

Cosmetic & Allergy Disclaimer

All products are cosmetic in nature and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results may vary. Customers are advised to conduct a patch test prior to use. Glam Organica shall not be responsible for allergic reactions.

Limitation of Liability

Glam Organica Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the product purchased.

Privacy Policy

We collect personal information solely for order processing, customer support, marketing communication (with consent), and legal compliance. We do not sell or trade personal data.

Data may be shared with trusted service providers such as payment gateways and logistics partners. Customers may access, update, or request deletion of personal data subject to legal obligations. Cookies may be used to enhance user experience.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These policies are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
